Responsibilities
Lead the full project lifecycle: from award through closeout
Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and coordination issues
Draft and track change orders with quantity and scope clarification
Collaborate with our BIM team to review model conflicts and request revisions
Update project schedules in Microsoft Project (Gantt + lookaheads)
Coordinate daily and weekly actions with Superintendents and field teams
Ensure plans and specs are current in Procore; flag revisions and changes
Run weekly internal project meetings and help prepare client-facing updates
Assist in preparing SOVs, tracking materials, and managing cost impacts
Provide clear, proactive communication to the team and leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
3–6 years of experience managing concrete or structural trade packages
Strong understanding of construction drawings, scopes, and detailing
Hands-on experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and coordination
Revit/BIM review experience (modeling not required)
Fluent in English and Spanish (written + spoken)
Clear communicator, self-motivated, and responsive under pressure
Must be available full-time during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Preferred
Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Project (preferred)
