Leadership Consultant- HOLT GROUP

Responsibilities

Delivers HDSI instructional curriculum in a manner consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values
Updates instructional curriculum as instructed by HDSI Director
Promotes and reinforces tools, lessons, and processes taught in HDSI classes to ensure customer integration of critical VBL competencies
Continually acquires new developmental and instructional skills essential for sustained, productive, and professional soft-skills presentations
Delivers and evaluates onboarding content for new hires
Communicates learning event details, pre-work assignments, material printing, scheduling, and/or course changes to Client Services Manager
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with students, supervisors, and training suppliers/vendors
Responds to employee development requests by diagnostic questions, recommending appropriate tools/classes, and/or redirecting to another HDSI representative
Solicits feedback, analyzes information and demonstrates sound decision-making/judgment skills
Maintains confidentiality in alignment with values culture and organizational guidelines
Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Five years of related experience required, 10 years preferred
Valid driver's license required
Ability to consistently demonstrate effective verbal, written, and communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization
Ability to apply influencing skills in emotionally-charged situations
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and deal effectively with employees and management
Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills before small and large groups
Ability to consistently demonstrate effective planning and coordination skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Excel, Outlook, Word, etc
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a diversified team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Situational Leadership II Certification preferred
Thomas Kilman Conflict Assessment Certification preferred
DiSC Personality Profile Certification preferred
