Billing and Collections Analyst II

Responsibilities
Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field data, maintain SAP job data
Preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering correctly into the system
Verifying information, maintaining files and assisting in the preparation of reports
Building relationships internally
Coaching performance of team
Overseeing day to day operations
Preparing accounting statements and reports related to billing
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles
Ability to organize and prioritize
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good analytical skills and strong computer skills
Proficiency in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
7+ years' experience in accounting or finance
Preferred
Associate's degree
