Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of HR strategy, policies, and programs
Support the company’s growth in a fast-paced startup environment
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with U.S. labor and employment laws
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on people initiatives
Help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with organizational values and business goals
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of HR experience as a Generalist, Manager, Director or Business Partner with familiarity of various HR disciplines including Recruiting, New Hire Orientation, Training, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Compensation, Policy Creation and Job Family Design
Deep knowledge of Human Resources functions and best practices, particularly in startup or growth-stage environment
Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Strong executive presence with experience advising and coaching senior leadership
Hands-on, resourceful mindset with the ability to operate effectively within small budgets
Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management
Understanding of U.S. labor and employment laws
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
Preferred
Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin and experience working with China-based organizations strongly preferred
Experience working within a PEO model is highly preferred
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or global operations environments is a plus
