Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues
Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes as needed
Contribute ideas to improve software functionality, performance, and user experience
Document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications
Ensure security and performance standards are kept up to date
Participate and provide feedback in architecture and design reviews, champions improvements and ensures high fidelity and consistent implementation throughout the product
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, .net (C#), Python, JavaScript, or others
Familiarity with software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Passion for software development and eagerness to grow technically
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred
Experience with AGILE methodology. End to End Domain level Agile model
Experience in Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, GIT, and other DevOps principles
Ability to multi-task and rapid context switch between dynamic project priorities
Angular or similar front end experience
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Demonstrates leadership and motivation skills
Experience with the Azure and GCP public cloud platforms
Experience with Cloud migrations (Red hat, Azure OpenShift Container) and DevSecOps (GitHub, Jenkins, Urban code deploy, Sona type) adoption
Customer-first orientation and strong passion for delivering quality tools, information and content in service to consumer needs
Desire to work collaboratively and experienced in driving projects to completion on time and within budget
