Project Manager-IT - On-Site

Responsibilities
Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that support business transformation across store operations, merchandising, supply chain, IT, HR, and digital initiatives
Collaborate with business and field leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success measures—translating retail needs into actionable plans
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules in alignment with emerging PMO standards
Coordinate internal and external resources across Merchandising, Store Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and vendor partners
Monitor progress through operational KPIs and milestones; identify risks and adjust plans to maintain momentum
Deliver clear, timely updates to leadership and steering committees on project timelines, risks, and results
Ensure fiscal responsibility and cost efficiency while maintaining operational excellence
Lead structured change management and communication plans to drive successful rollout and adoption of new systems and processes at the store level
Serve as a connector between store teams and support departments to align enterprise solutions with front-line realities
Contribute to the development and standardization of the Project Management Office (PMO), fostering visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally within retail, grocery, or consumer goods industries
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communication
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, or related certification preferred but not required
