Cleo Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to create impactful solutions for the citizens of Utah. The role involves developing custom Salesforce solutions, mentoring staff, and optimizing the state's medical cannabis software system built on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions

Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs, web services, and middleware

Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls

Understand Salesforce administration

Provide technical guidance and training to developers with less experience

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Ensure the state's medical cannabis software system meets required security standards

Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning

Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement

Document technical designs, code, and configurations

Work within an agile development environment
