Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end candidate journey from first touch to offer, ensuring every interaction feels smooth, personal, and fast
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help craft job descriptions that reflect who we are and where we're headed
Source great candidates across multiple channels, including online platforms, communities, and referrals
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring feedback is shared and decisions move quickly
Build strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process, helping grow our talent pipeline and strengthen our employer brand
Assist leadership and hiring managers in developing innovative recruitment strategies, provide guidance on best practices, and track key metrics to optimize hiring effectiveness

Required

1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People/HR Operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Proficiency with G Suite or similar tools to produce analytics, process documentation, and workflow materials
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Proven ability to adopt new technology, work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment and selection
Ability to work onsite in Seal Beach, CA
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S. 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Government

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
End-to-end experience implementing ATS and HRIS systems
Experience with Gem, Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Slack
Proven ability to manage numerous requisitions simultaneously
Demonstrated understanding of basic scientific and technical concepts to effectively assess candidate qualifications
