Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions

Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships

Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally

Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives

Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture

Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends
