Administering and maintaining the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS), including content publishing, user enrollment, and analytics reporting

Designing, developing, and delivering engaging product and sales training programs for global audiences

Creating eLearning modules, videos, and performance support materials using tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia

Managing training schedules, onboarding initiatives, and ongoing learning aligned with global strategies

Partnering with stakeholders to translate complex product information into clear, effective learning content

Evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements through data-driven insights

Required

Bachelor's degree

3–5 years of experience in learning and development, commercial training, or instructional design (Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Diagnostics experience preferred)

Docebo proficiency / Docebo Admin Certification (system Admin experience required), Power Admin access required, Super Admin preferred

Have a documented track record of working cross-functionally

Designing and developing training content for both eLearning and instructor-led formats

Excel at project management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement

Are passionate about continuous improvement and sales enablement methodologies

Can thrive in a global, matrixed organization and are open to travel if needed
