Troubleshoot onboarding and access issues for external workers by partnering with IT, Infosec, and Game teams
Assess current team processes and proactively identify opportunities to improve tools, communication, and workflows for sustainable success
Maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach that motivates and supports the team
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience as a production coordinator, assistant producer, or project manager
Experience working in gaming, software, or related industries
Experience partnering with leadership teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships across teams and partner groups
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with strong attention to detail
