Responsibilities

Supporting career progression initiatives for our production workforce

Helping create business continuity plans to protect our books of business

Upskilling our salesforce through corporate training programs and individualized learning resources

Ensuring the success of corporate OD events in an all-hands-on-deck manner

Refreshing and enhancing training and development materials with creative ideas and updated content

Assisting senior leaders in high-level decision making by organizing data, preparing reports, and submitting analyses – together, we will build and maintain new performance dashboards, define new KPIs and metrics

Required

Enrolled as an undergraduate at an accredited university, actively pursuing a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration or a related field

Expected graduation: December 2026 or May 2027

Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach

A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
