Civil Engineering Project Manager – Transportation (Construction)
JT Engineering, Inc. is an innovative, fast-growing company making a real impact across Wisconsin. They are seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead projects, manage budgets, and ensure quality work while fostering client relationships and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities
Lead a project team to ensure quality work
Develop, monitoring, and managing project budgets
Manage project scope, schedule, and staffing
Effectively communicate with clients
Ensure project-specific delivery requirements are met
Lead project pursuits, securing contract work, negotiating contracts, and providing updates as requested
Provide mentorship, guidance, and development to staff
Develop and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships
Collaborate with colleagues and utilizing internal resources to continuously enhance your professional skills
Administer JT’s Quality Assurance process for all projects
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
7+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical competence in developing and managing project budgets
Knowledge of client standards and Quality Control processes
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work
Preferred
A Professional Engineer (PE) License
