Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administration of comprehensive health and welfare benefits programs in compliance with applicable laws
Partner with third-party administrators and vendors to deliver seamless, employee-centered benefits
Manage the day-to-day retirement plan administration in partnership with third party vendor
Perform operational and compliance audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Engage with cross functional partners to address and resolve vendor file discrepancies and drive enhancement
Prepare monthly benefits cost reporting for budgeting and forecasting purposes
Oversee end-to-end invoice management and processing for benefits vendors
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on data requests surrounding benefits programs and initiatives
Prepare and deliver benefits utilization reports in partnership with vendor contacts
Create and maintain benefits process documentation
Support end-to-end annual enrollment planning and execution activities
Support special projects and change management initiatives related to benefits strategy and operations

Required

3+ years of progressive benefits experience, ideally supporting large employee populations; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Solid understanding of health & welfare programs, retirement plans, and compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
Proven ability to leverage data and technology to inform benefit decisions
Experience in driving for continuous process improvement
Skilled in managing special projects
