Responsible for the development and validation of raw materials such as tea, dairy products, and fruits in accordance with the company's R&D plan and market demand
Participated in raw material evaluation, supplier development, and technical communication, and assisted in establishing the supply chain system
Responsible for the technical transformation from pilot scale to mass production, and supporting the implementation and training of factory processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields
Familiar with the characteristics and processing technologies of raw materials such as tea, dairy products, and fruit juices
More than 3 years of experience in food / beverage R&D, with capabilities in formula design, sensory evaluation, and process optimization
Has XFN collaboration and project management capabilities, and can independently complete the entire process from development to implementation
Preferred
Those with experience in supply chain management, raw material import, or factory collaboration
