Broward Health is seeking a Benefits Consultant to support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs. This role involves collaborating with HR teams, vendors, and employees to ensure that benefits are accurate, compliant, and effectively communicated.

Responsibilities
Administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
Serve as a point of contact for benefits-related questions from clients and/or employees
Coordinate enrollments, terminations, life event changes, and annual open enrollment
Work with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations
Prepare and maintain benefits documentation, reports, and employee communications
Identify process improvements to enhance benefits administration efficiency and employee experience
Qualification
Required
2-3 years experience in benefits administration
Bachelors Degree in related field. HR or Business Administration preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required)
