Pipeline like a pro: Keep a steady stream of potential business flowing—no empty pipelines here!
Keep ‘em happy: Maintain consistent check-ins and meetings to ensure customers feel the love and stay obsessed with our brand
Sell the experience: Drive education sales and coordinate classes that get stylists excited about our products
Know your numbers: Provide sharp reporting and insights on account sales to forecast needs and uncover growth opportunities
Work smarter, not harder: Collaborate with your manager and cross-functional teams to create and execute winning sales strategies
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of outside sales & account management success
A people person: You can strike up a conversation with anyone and build relationships that last
Self-starter energy: You own your success and make things happen
Results-driven mindset: You love the thrill of closing a sale and crushing goals
A road warrior: Comfortable with up to 80% travel, including occasional overnights
Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office Suite? Teams? CRM tools? No problem
