Responsibilities
Work with Audience Development and sales teams to build client guest list
Manage event data, including cleanup, collation, de-duplication, and uploading into the registration system
Develop and manage external communications timelines
Serve as a liaison between creative teams and developers to produce event email communications
Manage event email aliases and provide registration-related support to attendees
Build website and registration form(s) with full end-to-end testing
Launch registration and manage updates, additions, and attendee changes
Coordinate & procure privacy, legal, and security approvals
Maintain and deliver daily registration reporting/RSVP dashboards
Build and maintain complex data formulas
Send out survey and run post event reporting
Willingness to travel to onsite events (US based)
Qualification
Required
4+ years of event registration experience
Solid background in data analysis
Proficient in Google Sheets / Google Suite
Must be knowledgeable in formulas such as: vlookup, importrange, query…
Basic understanding of HTML code
Experience working in tech industry
Highly organized, confident and well presented
Excellent time management skills and demonstrative ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
Ability to represent with a calm, professional image and a ‘can do' positive attitude
Appropriately investigates problems, situations or opportunities in a timely manner
Strong interpersonal skills when working with attendees, internal team members, and external event agencies
Willingness to travel to onsite events (US based)
