Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on site sales representative for new home communities
Welcome and assist prospective buyers during model home hours
Educate buyers on floor plans options pricing timelines and the building process
Manage leads follow ups and buyer communication
Write contracts and coordinate with builder teams through closing
Maintain the model home and community presentation
Work scheduled hours including weekends
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license required
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Professional self motivated and organized
Comfortable working independently on site
Willing and able to work weekends
Preferred
Some new construction experience preferred but not required
