The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Sales team by preparing quotes and proposals, serving as a liaison between Sales and Underwriting, and conducting sales research to help win deals.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals
Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process
Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data
Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process
Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders
Assist with sales research and requests
Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or related experience
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc
A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation
A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Strong internal customer-service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Previous experience at a high growth company
Previous experience quoting or underwriting at a health insurance carrier or agency
