Responsibilities

Own Paid Search Strategy: Fully own and manage TurboTenant’s entire Google and Bing Ad ecosystem across multiple brands, focusing relentlessly on driving profitable new user signups and customer acquisition

Lead Campaign Expansion and Testing: Lead in-depth campaign expansion and testing, optimizing bidding algorithms, ad copy, and quality scores, and expanding keywords to efficiently scale budgets and hit company-wide growth goals

Collaborate and learn: Partner with Google/Bing representatives for custom reporting and access to exclusive beta programs. Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to identify new opportunities and better understand the needs of landlords and tenants

Required

4+ years of experience owning Paid Search for B2C companies

Proven track record of driving profitable revenue and user acquisition

Demonstrated experience scaling monthly budgets in excess of $300k

A passion for clear, concise communication that is consistently backed by data

Ability to own the accuracy of channel data, build complex channel analyses, and clearly explain how paid search spend impacts the overall business and other marketing channels

Willingness to test new ideas, learn from results, and proactively work cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition and new feature adoption

Strong knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and offline conversion imports
