Director, Deal Maker US Strategic Sales
Kyndryl is a company that designs, builds, manages, and modernizes critical technology systems. They are seeking a dynamic Account Management Partner to drive account growth, maintain customer relationships, and develop innovative account strategies for their largest clients.

Responsibilities
Drive proactive account growth
Minimize erosion in renewals
Develop and execute account strategies
Identify and qualify new opportunities
Build relationships with key decision-makers
Deliver tailor-made solutions
Work closely with other sales team members
Execute every aspect of account management process
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
Generate new opportunities
Expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
Ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure account compliance
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience running account P&L
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
