Responsibilities
Oversee property activity including but not limited to leasing, marketing, and maintenance
Supervise and train property staff
Investigate and resolve resident complaints
Maintain property appearance to ensure compliance with company expectation and policy
Communicate effectively with Corporate Staff, Vendors, Residents and Property Investors
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (i.e., Fair Credit Act, Fair Housing Act)
Effectively monitor, analyze, and resolve resident delinquencies
Qualification
Required
Outgoing individual with great people skills
Ability to oversee property activity including leasing, marketing, and maintenance
Experience in supervising and training property staff
Ability to investigate and resolve resident complaints
Ability to maintain property appearance to ensure compliance with company expectation and policy
Effective communication skills with Corporate Staff, Vendors, Residents and Property Investors
Knowledge of compliance with federal and state regulations (i.e., Fair Credit Act, Fair Housing Act)
Ability to effectively monitor, analyze, and resolve resident delinquencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to manage high phone volume
Ability to walk property on a regular basis including stairs and hallways
Effective computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
