Insurance and Financial Planning Specialist

They are seeking a dedicated individual to manage insurance-related activities and support data entry for financial planning, ensuring accuracy and enhancing client service.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all insurance policies, including life, health, disability, and long-term care
Ensure proper documentation, renewals, and compliance for all insurance policies
Work with insurance carriers and clients to resolve issues and provide ongoing support
Maintain and track insurance policy details
Input and update client financial data, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, into financial planning software
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and maintain organized records
Assist with the preparation of financial plans, reports, and other client-facing documents
Provide administrative support to the financial advisory team as needed
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented individual
Experience managing insurance policies, including life, health, disability, and long-term care
Ability to ensure proper documentation, renewals, and compliance for all insurance policies
Experience working with insurance carriers and clients to resolve issues
Ability to maintain and track insurance policy details
Experience inputting and updating client financial data into financial planning software
Ability to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
Experience maintaining organized records
Ability to assist with the preparation of financial plans, reports, and other client-facing documents
Ability to provide administrative support to the financial advisory team
