Responsibilities

This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases

Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews

Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings

Provide general support to the litigation department as needed

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school

Admission to the state bar of Illinois

1+ year(s) of Commercial litigation experience, ideally gained with a large law firm setting
