Inputting accurate data into our CRM and ERP systems
Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels
Running reports and analytics to provide valuable insights to the sales team
Collaborating with sales personnel to clarify data requirements and support sales initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A year of data entry experience
Ability to commute to Winston-Salem, NC 27105
Preferred
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience with CRM and ERP software
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
