Administrative Director (Leadership) – RN
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking an Administrative Director (Leadership) – RN to provide operational leadership across inpatient and ancillary support departments at Berkshire Medical Center. This role serves as a clinical and operational leader responsible for high-quality decision-making and oversight of hospital operations in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities
Direct hospital operations across inpatient and ancillary or support departments during assigned shifts
Serve as a clinical role model and operational leader within an acute care medical center environment
Make timely, high-quality decisions in dynamic and high-acuity situations
Lead teams through operational and organizational change while maintaining continuity of care
Provide leadership support across emergency, trauma, critical care, and inpatient settings
Promote fairness, consistency, and professionalism in leadership interactions
Manage multiple complex and time-sensitive operational activities simultaneously
Support staffing coordination and operational workflows as needed
Maintain dependable attendance, schedule adherence, and professional work standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Required)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA) Certification (Required)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS – AHA) Certification (Required)
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse License (Required)
Preferred
1–2 years of successful leadership experience (Preferred)
Experience with conflict resolution in a healthcare leadership setting (Preferred)
Knowledge of acute care medical center operations, including emergency, trauma, and critical care environments
Experience with staffing systems or workforce management tools (Preferred)
Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development
