Responsibilities

Answers phone calls from technicians and customers, providing technical support to fix issues

Assists technicians to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and repair issues properly

Perform forklift planned maintenance services and breakdown repairs

Maintain a company service vehicle and parts inventory

Perform in a team environment

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a good attendance record

Maintain positive customer relations and approach all situations in a tactful and professional manner

Lift 50 lbs or more

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have own hand tools

Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner
