Responsibilities
Support the development of program requirements related to IT, software development, and systems integration
Assist in designing and maintaining network communications systems
Contribute to network architecture specifications and schematics
Provide input on hardware/software selection and implementation techniques
Participate in testing and evaluation of network designs
Help assess new technologies to enhance network capabilities
Ensure quality standards are met in deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams to capture customer requirements
Support the development of technical solutions through established processes
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret clearance
Bachelors degree in software development or related discipline, with experience in technical documentation
Minimum of 10+ years' experience as a Senior-level IT professional
Experience with software development and system interfaces
Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, Java, Perl
Knowledge of Oracle, API Architecture (SOAP/REST), Git
Exposure to Solr, Bash Shell
Understanding of Oracle Label Security, PL/SQL
Experience with Visual Studio Pro, Selenium
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate and contribute to team success
