They are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join their Power Track Career Accelerator program, where the candidate will complete rotations across various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience in the industry.
Construction
Responsibilities
Complete eight, 3-month rotations on teams across the company to learn the ins and outs of each function and how they work together
Shadow experienced team members to observe day-to-day operations
Develop foundational knowledge of the construction industry and Power Design processes
Build strong relationships with leaders and peers
Qualification
Required
College graduate with a construction-related degree
Detail-oriented problem-solver who loves new challenges and is seeking a defined career path
Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong ambition, adaptability, timeliness, ability to prioritize, and willingness to ask for help
Ability to relocate for a 3-month field rotation as needed
Ability to commute to our manufacturing and distribution center in Palmetto, FL as needed
