Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong experience with NetSuite required
Hands-on experience building or maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
Solid understanding of GAAP, including debits, credits, and financial statement flow
Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Ability to translate accounting data into clear, usable reports for leadership
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
High attention to detail with strong organization and follow-through
Clear communication skills and comfort partnering with finance and business stakeholders
Preferred
Experience designing or enhancing reporting tools used by leadership
Background in multi-entity or complex reporting environments
Exposure to automation, process improvement, or reporting optimization
Interest in expanded responsibility and ownership over time
