Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and promote IT solutions that drive value. Serve as the CIDO Corporate Function Point of Contact for the business function they represent
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that align IT solutions with business objectives and enhance departmental performance
Program/Project Management: Lead an IT solutions portfolio of ~$28M annually. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise platforms and applications, ensuring they meet the established goals and deadlines
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of IT professionals located across the U.S., fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Technology Oversight: Evaluate and optimize IT solutions, ensuring that they are aligned with industry standards and best practices

Required

Must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related STEM field with 14 years of relevant experience OR a Masters Degree in a STEM field with 12 years of relevant experience
Must have a minimum of 5 years proven experience in management (scope, budget, and schedule) of technical projects
Must have knowledge of the IT Management area of the business
Strong understanding of technology trends, enterprise applications, and project management methodologies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven expertise (10 years or more) in IT management
Located near a major Northrop Grumman facility
