Responsibilities

Assist in the design and production of LMS content, website development, video, animation, graphic design, and other digital media
Support company branding efforts by managing digital assets, maintaining the content library, and providing resources to DPS staff
Contribute to creative initiatives that enhance the overall user experience and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms
Aid in the preparation and delivery of leadership presentations, video content, and graphic design projects
Assist with curating, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency and quality
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles

Required

Assist in the design and production of LMS content, website development, video, animation, graphic design, and other digital media
Support company branding efforts by managing digital assets, maintaining the content library, and providing resources to DPS staff
Contribute to creative initiatives that enhance the overall user experience and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms
Aid in the preparation and delivery of leadership presentations, video content, and graphic design projects
Assist with curating, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency and quality
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

Requires a strong ability to solve creative and technical challenges, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives
Requires strong judgment in executing tasks with accuracy and alignment to company standards
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a comms, branding, marketing, design, engagement type field
Solid instructional design and e-learning content creation skills
Experience with various LMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Learn365, Articulate 360, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Office 365
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
