Responsibilities
Leading the team through the design process by organizing, executing and coordinating multiple projects
Having a passion for overall project design, building performance and project performance
Being a good listener and communicative with clients, colleagues, and project team members
Qualification
Required
BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university
10+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)
Proficient with relevant software such as Revit
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
Ability to organize a team toward the project goal and to delegate responsibilities to achieve the goals
Preferred
Registered Architect license is strongly preferred
