Responsibilities
Develop and execute product and pricing strategies for assigned areas, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
Monitor performance and adjust strategies to achieve profitability and growth
Provide strategic insights and lead initiatives to support enterprise objectives
Analyze market, customer, and competitor data to inform product decisions
Stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities and risks
Advocate for customer needs in product planning and development
Lead pricing initiatives using data-driven methods and predictive analytics
Ensure pricing strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives
Collaborate across departments to implement product and pricing changes
Represent assigned products and geographies in cross-functional forums and to senior leadership
Influence decision-making through clear communication and data-backed recommendations
Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, insurance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
Minimum of seven years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a strong background in product management, pricing strategy, or related disciplines
Ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
Experience mentoring or coaching others in a professional setting
Understanding of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes
