Responsibilities

Overall solution design and product selection

Technical discovery: working closely with the customer, arranging the requirements, figuring out the opportunities and the limitations

Supporting the sales team during onboarding of potential new customers

Technical presentations, demos, screencasts to sales and customers

Reporting to the product management team about what improvements should be made to our product roadmap

Managing stock availability and deployment timelines together with the vendors and the supply chain managers

Learning about new products and technologies in the hosting infrastructure industry

Required

AWS specialist: very good understanding of AWS architecture, working with AWS EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, RDS, EKS, Direct Connect with 3 or more years of involvement in different IT and tech activities, and a broad knowledge of hosting technologies

available to occasional work overtime with customers from the U.S. and APAC

aware of modern technology including at least some of the following: VLAN, RAID, CPU and hardware design, IP networking, IP routing and BGP, in general, no specific brand or software: firewalling, network attached storages
