Risk and Opportunity Management Lead

Responsibilities
Work directly with Integrated Product Team (IPT)/Segment leads, and subcontractors to identify risks and opportunities, coordinate with the Program to assess risks / opportunities and implement appropriate risk and opportunity handling strategies
Lead Risk and Opportunity Management Boards, present R&Os at internal and external customer facing meetings, and help deliver Risk and Opportunity training as necessary
Support ad-hoc tasking as directed by the PM and Chief Systems Engineer
Make a direct impact on shaping a new paradigm balancing risk on a first mover, go-fast program that is setting the new stage for the enterprise and customer
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience
Experience with ROADS
Experience with Space Vehicle development life cycle
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Effectively manage change
Proven behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change
Ability to lead multi-functional teams, build strong relationships with team members and build consensus among peers
Preferred
Active or current TS/SCI clearance preferred
