Responsibilities
Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s global IT systems, infrastructure, and software tools
Serve as the primary technical lead for CargoWise configuration, administration, and optimization
Manage and enhance EDI connections with global carriers, customers, and partners, ensuring accuracy, uptime, and compliance
Collaborate closely with Chinese teams to align workflows, optimize systems integration, and ensure seamless communication using tools such as Feishu/Lark
Lead IT planning for new hire onboarding, systems access, and hardware/software setup
Identify and implement new technologies to improve productivity, automation, and data security across logistics functions
Oversee vendor management, software licensing, and data governance
Troubleshoot IT-related issues across regions and serve as escalation point for critical systems
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Information Technology, IT Management, and IT Operations
At least 5+ years implementing various IT services and integrations
Experience with IT Service Management practices
Experience with Cargowise is a must
Technical Support skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Background in network security and data compliance
Experience scaling IT operations in a fast-growing international company
Preferred
Familiarity working with Chinese teams and platforms; experience with Feishu (Lark) a strong plus
Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
