Responsibilities
Sophisticated tax work across entrepreneurs, multi-entity groups, and HNW individuals
Mix of prep and review (no last-minute cleanup roles)
Ownership of client relationships without constant fire drills
Busy season expectations that are communicated upfront
Qualification
Required
5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Tax Manager or strong Senior ready for the next step
Experience with 1040s, 1065s, 1120S (some 1120 exposure helpful)
Comfortable communicating directly with clients
Preferred
CPA or EA preferred
