TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Data Center Field Technician I. The role involves providing technical support, installations, testing, and troubleshooting for multi-technology wireless network deployments, while working closely with various teams to ensure successful implementation of network projects.

Responsibilities

Provide basic support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer markets
On-Site Field Support, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting
Install, Integrate and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards
Install, Commission and integrate Cisco CSR routers to manufacturer's and Samsung specifications
Support troubleshooting of all T-1, ATM backbone, microwave backhaul transmission methodology
Support RMA process tracking and documentation for MMBS equipment

Required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on 5G network deployment and maintenance
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting 5G network equipment and technologies
Strong understanding of IP networking, wireless communications, and RF principles
Familiarity with testing tools and equipment used in telecommunications (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various work sites as required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field
