Student Mentorship Program Manager
The University of Alabama is seeking a Student Mentorship Program Manager to provide strategic development, operational execution, and ongoing improvement of mentorship initiatives under the LEAD program. This role connects business students with peers, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals while supervising student assistants and program ambassadors.

Required
Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of experience
Excellent organization and people skills
Ability to think creatively and critically
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and with various groups of people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to develop and work with a team
Sound judgement, discretion, and ability to use independent judgement
Preferred
Master's degree and two (2) years of experience in higher education
Experience with mentoring
