They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to analyze and report financial and resource data, develop operational metrics, and drive strategic performance improvements across the business unit.

Responsibilities
Reporting and Analysis: Lead the development and delivery of accurate, timely financial and operational reports on transmission and rider program resources using tools such as QlikView, Power BI, TOAD Data Point, and Microsoft Office Suite. Interpret complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of goals and consistency in reporting. Serve as a key liaison to facilitate communication and support strategic initiatives
Executive-Level Presentations: Develop and deliver high-quality executive-level presentations that communicate operational and financial strategies. Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making
Process Improvement: Utilize reporting systems and tools to automate processes, enhance data accuracy, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
Strategic Support: Provide analytical support for project planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline is required with a minimum of 7 years related experience
In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience is required
Relevant experience includes using tools like Power BI, TOAD, and Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making in business, finance, or project environments
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as QlikView and Power BI
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Familiarity with construction and design services industry practices and terminology is preferred
