Responsibilities
Intake customer complaints from the Public and District 4 Customer Services Liaison dispatching to responsible crews and create Service Request in the IMMS System
Responsible for maintaining Customer Services Liaison and Service Request logs
Responsible receive and distribute payroll, and assist staff with filing various documents
Create and track GLS overnight mail delivery and others duties as required
Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
