Library Extra Help
National Park College is seeking a part-time Extra Help worker who will provide efficient customer service and direct interaction with library users. The role involves assisting patrons with library resources, checking materials in and out, and ensuring a positive library experience.

Responsibilities
Checking materials in and out
Assisting patrons with finding and using library resources
Works to resolve patron inquiries and issues
Greets library patrons
Perform other duties as assigned by full time library staff
Works scheduled hours which may include some evening and weekend hours
Qualification
Required
Deliver courteous customer service
Follow directions and campus/library policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Work independently or as part of a team
Demonstrate reliability and strong attendance
Stay detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to interact effectively with the public
Stand for extended periods of time
Reach overhead and bend or crouch as needed
Lift and move items up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Some proficiency in Microsoft Office products
