Responsibilities
Process & System Innovation: Design and roll out improvements that raise efficiency, quality, and scalability
Change‑Point Preparation, Release & Monitoring: Plan, execute, and supervise system changes to ensure smooth, risk‑free deployments
Ticket & Incident Management (including 24/7 Escalation): Own end‑to‑end incident handling, providing expert support outside regular hours
Automation & Tooling: Build scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and alerting mechanisms that streamline releases and incident response
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs, publish dashboards, run post‑mortems, and drive corrective actions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of application support/ownership experience
Semiconductor manufacturing domain knowledge
Degree in a technical field with solid grounding in statistics and applied mathematics
Proficient in OOP with strong SQL querying skills
Version‑control & CI/CD experience
Proven incident‑ownership and escalation handling
