Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume plaintiff-side employment caseload
Draft strong demand letters, pleadings, and motions
Write persuasive settlement briefs and assist in settlement negotiations
Conduct legal research and prepare discovery requests and responses
Maintain frequent, clear communication with clients to guide and support them
Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and Senior Litigator to move cases efficiently
Utilize firm technology platforms: Clio, LexisNexis, Google Workspace, AI tools
Qualification
Required
5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
FEHA and single-plaintiff wage & hour experience required
California Bar in good standing and located in CA
Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school
Strong writing, analytical, and research skills with proven motion practice ability
Tech-savvy and comfortable working within a modern cloud-based practice
Meticulous attention to detail and committed to error-free work product
Prior plaintiff-side experience required
Preferred
Class action, PAGA, and employment defense experience preferred
Deposition and trial preparation experience preferred
