Responsibilities

Answers telephone, screens calls, takes messages and complaints, and gives information to the caller regarding the services and status of accounts handled by Compliance
Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
Analyzes and audits invoices, bills, orders, forms, reports, and documents for accuracy and initiates correction of errors
Maintains, processes, sorts and files documents; researches files for data and gathers information or statistics relevant to the work of Compliance
Types or composes a variety of documents

Qualification

Google office suiteClerical supportDocument processingTelephone communicationData research

Required

Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent
Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in routine office work
College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience

Preferred

Familiarity with the Google office suite is strongly preferred as it will be used daily
