Substitute - Administrative Assistant
Southwest Allen County Schools is seeking a Substitute Administrative Assistant to provide a wide variety of secretarial duties/functions as a support to the department/building. The role requires flexibility and the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, staff, and community members.

Provides a wide variety of secretarial duties/functions as a support to the department/building
Qualification
Required
3-5 years experience as secretary/administrative assistant
Proven computer usage as could be obtained by 1-2 years of experience, including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to successfully interact and build relationships with a variety of individuals, such as students, parents, staff, community members, etc., as evidenced by previous customer service experience
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a composed and timely manner
Ability to be a team member
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills required with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred
Previous school secretarial experience
