Responsibilities
Maintain and update files located in the Southwest Regional Office
Schedule/facilitate file reviews to the general public
Provide coverage for other clerical functions within the office or as needed, and at the direction of the supervisor or management
Qualification
Required
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
