New Grad, Entry LevelGeneral RV Center is the Nation’s Largest Family-Owned RV Dealer, and they are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join their team. The role involves greeting customers, answering calls, managing customer data, and assisting with inventory processes.
Travel
Responsibilities
Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly
Answer and direct incoming calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries
Input customer data into customer management system
Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner
Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow
Other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Must have excellent organizational skills
Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Reliable and strong work ethic
Professional appearance is necessary
Available to work weekends
Preferred
Prior customer service or Dealership experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply
